RETURN POLICY

 

At B&M, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product you purchase meets the highest quality standards. However, in rare cases where something doesn't go as expected, we offer a clear and transparent return, refund, and cancellation policy outlined below.

 

Eligibility for Replacement

We offer a free replacement in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Incorrect item received
  • Product has genuine size issues (only if unused and all original tags are intact)
  • Package appears tampered or damaged in transit

📝 Note: Always refer to the size chart on the product page before ordering. For handmade or handloom products, minor differences in color or pattern are natural and not eligible for return.

 

Non-Eligible Cases for Return/Replacement

Returns/replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Minor color/design variation in handcrafted/handloom products
  • Products returned in used, worn, washed, or damaged condition
  • Customer changes their mind post-purchase
  • Return initiated without prior written confirmation from B&M
  • Products returned via non-approved courier services

 

If the Package Is Damaged on Arrival

  • DO NOT accept the parcel if it appears physically damaged, crushed, wet, or leaking.
  • If you’ve accepted it and discover internal damage, report it within 48 hours of delivery to info@bandmseller.com with the following:
    • Order ID
    • Product name(s) and quantity
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear images of the packaging and product

 

Return/Replacement Process

Step 1: Email your request to info@bandmseller.com within 48 hours of delivery with the above-mentioned details.
Step 2: Our team will review and respond with approval or rejection within 48 hours.
Step 3: Upon approval, we’ll arrange a pickup via our logistics partner (usually Blue Dart).
Step 4: Once we receive and verify the returned product (should be unused and in original packaging with tags), your replacement will be shipped within 48 hours.
Step 5: If the requested item is out of stock, we will:

  • Help you select an alternate product
  • Or issue a refund within 7–10 working days

 

Pickup & Shipping

  • We will arrange the return pickup from your location once the return request is approved.
  • Do not send products back directly. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

 

Replacement Conditions

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and unsoiled
  • Must include original tags and packaging
  • Products like Rudraksha or spiritual items should not be conditioned or worn
  • Items failing the above checks will not be eligible for replacement

 

Exchange Policy

Exchanging for a different product or variation is not allowed. Only replacements for the exact product (if in stock) will be provided.

REFUND POLICY

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided in the following cases:

  • The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
  • The replacement request is approved, but no alternative is selected
  • Prepaid order cancellation (in limited cases as per policy)
  • Technical issues with payment or product delivery

 

Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of order delivery
  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) must be provided

 

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during the order
  • If not possible (due to expired card/refund window), we will request a cancelled cheque for online transfer

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed and confirmed successfully on the website
  • Please check the cart, delivery address, and payment details carefully before placing your order

 

Subscription Cancellations (If Applicable)

If B&M offers any subscription services in the future:

  • Cancellations can be requested anytime
  • If requested less than 24 hours before the next billing cycle, cancellation will apply from the next cycle
  • No refunds will be given for the partially used subscription cycle
